NICOR LIGHTING 17014A-LED-ID 6 inch Shallow LED Housing for New Construction Applications
This six-inch IC rated housing is suitable for new construction in residential and commercial applications and for direct contact with insulation. The IDEAL base allows for quick, snap-in connection of NICOR?« D-series LED downlights. The airtight housing limits the exchange of air between ceiling plenum and heated/cooled areas. Integral thermal guards protect against improper lamping and with lamp wattage ratings and apertures based off trim selection. The housing adjusts from 1/2?ö to 1 1/2?ö to accommodate ceiling thickness and its 5 3/4?ö height allows it to be used in 2?ö x 6?ö joist construction.
